Tim at Tri-State was great to work with! We went to dealers in other cities that were pushy and worried about the upsell. I was anxious about making a rush decision. Tim was kind and listened to what we wanted and did not want in a vehicle. He didn’t try to change my mind and answered all my questions honestly.
